The COVID-19 Data Portal is a resource nurtured by the European Commission, which aims to provide a landmark and a federated ecosystem of tools and standards for the correct sharing of COVID-19 data and research in Europe.
Last February the Italian version of the portal went officially online. The mission of the Italian COVID-19 Data Portal is to provide a national reference point for the Italian COVID-19 community and offer resources and guidelines for data curation, but also a showcase for scientific research and projects.

The webinar will take place on April 28th 2021 from 3:00 to 4:30 PM (CEST). The main features of the Italian COVID-19 Data Portal, its different sections, and the guidelines for the submission of different types of data will be the main topics. An overview of the services offered by the portal and how to use them is going to be presented.

The webinar belongs to a series of dissemination events entitled “Open Science e COVID-19. Collaborare per contrastare la pandemia”, a cycle of online conferences and tutorials focused on the sharing of data and scientific knowledge about COVID-19.
